Odette Digital provides custom software development, mobile app design, and web development services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
Client Content: You retain all rights to any materials, data, or branding provided to us for the project.
Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for you will transfer to you, subject to any third-party licenses (e.g., open-source libraries).
Studio Rights: Odette Digital retains ownership of any pre-existing "know-how," internal tools, or generic code snippets used across multiple projects.
Invoices are issued according to the schedule defined in your SOW. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of work. All deposits are non-refundable as they reserve studio production time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odette Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
