Odette Digital is a small studio, and we keep our handling of your information simple. We collect only what we need to talk with you and do the work you hire us for. We don't maintain a marketing database, and we never sell your information.

We only collect information you share with us directly — when you email or call us, complete our contact form, or work with us under a contract. This typically includes:

C. Any details you choose to share about your project.

We use your information only to manage our working relationship with you:

B. To carry out and deliver the work you've engaged us for.
C. To send and settle invoices for that work.

In practice, your details live in the everyday tools we use to run the studio — our email and phone, and the documents and contracts tied to your project. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our email and file-hosting providers, and, if you choose to pay electronically, the payment provider you select (which handles your payment under its own privacy terms). We never share your information for advertising.

Our website uses Cloudflare's built-in, privacy-focused web analytics to understand general traffic, such as page views and referrers. This data is aggregated and does not rely on cookies to identify or track you across other sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
